Woopsi Daisy is a digital children's book subscription service that provides access to illustrated storybooks teaching English idioms. New books are unlocked automatically every 14 days. All content is accessible via a web browser on any device.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to access our subscription content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

5. Book Unlocks

One book is unlocked immediately upon subscribing. Subsequent books unlock automatically every 14 days from your subscription start date. Unlocked books remain accessible in your library for as long as your subscription is active.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Woopsi Daisy, including stories, illustrations, characters, and brand assets, is the exclusive property of Woopsi Daisy and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Woopsi Daisy for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not share your account credentials, attempt to circumvent our access controls, or use our content in any way that violates applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Woopsi Daisy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service and are not liable for any technical issues, data loss, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woopsi Daisy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
